Vodacom
Phone not repaired properly

I upgraded my contract last august. Having chosen a Blackberry 9360. Around May this year my phone started to switch off on its own. And certain times didn't come on. I purchased a new battery, assuming that was the fault. When it happened again I sent it in to Vodacom via a chatz cellular store. It came back to me 2 weeks later. Fault: software. When I received the handset after the software was done, my battery started getting hot and the initial problem persisted. As well as I could not turn my 3G off. I again sent the handset in for repairs under the 1 year warranty period. It came back with the report stating that Vodacom had replaced my screen and the light sensor on the front. But again the problem persisted. When sent in a 3rd time via the chatz cellular store, I received the handset a week later stating with NFF found on the report. Meaning No Fault Found. As well as to check my battery. I've tried 3 other batteries but no success. I'm now sitting with a phone I cannot use.
