Failed Repairs

I have been having a lot of problems with my cellphone. Originally I had lots of drama when taking out my contract with Cell-C which were only rectified after a big fuss. The phone received started to give problems in October/November. Problems being, but not limited to: Random call disconnects, random extremely poor voice quality, slow performance of the phone itself when typing or navigation the home screen and apps. This became so bad that the phone is sometimes unusable. The phone was returned to Cell-C for repairs in December. Technicians then reloaded the software and the phone was received two weeks after being handed in. But all the above mentioned unresolved problems have returned with the phone and are now just as bad as before. I have told the consultants who have attempted to assist me that I am not willing to send the phone in again as I can't be without a phone for the time it would take to send the phone in for repairs that were not fixed the first time!
Can you please assist!?
