I have a contract with Vodacom with a Sony Ericsson phone. The phone started giving problems a few months ago in that the phone goes off randomly. I took it to to vodacom, they had it three times, every time returning it, saying they cannot find fault. The fourth time they sent it to Johannesburg, came back no fault found. But it shows a faulty battery. They cannot help met with a battery, no stock in the whole of South Africa. I ordered a battery from Singapore but the phone doesn't even go on now. I live 40 km away from the closest vodacom and I am really tired of explaining the same story over and overy again to no avail. I feel that they are beaching contract in that I am paying for a phone that I cannot uses
