Faulty Mobile & Bad Signal

I have taken out a contract with Telkom Mobile in July. My 'new' phon eis giving me problems whereby I can not seem to answer an incoming call at times, People try to get hold of me and they can not seem to get through, the signal dissappears a lot and the mobile itself freezes and takes pictures by itself. This is absolutely disgusting as I do not have this phone for a mere few months!!!
