My Husband was contacted for his 8ta contract upgrade, he picked an S4, nice phone, only problem is the signal is soo weak, as soon as you enter a building of any kind, be it house, office, anywhere, the signal goes from full bars to 1 or two bars! I have a vodacom contract and my signal is always strong no matter where i am. Standing next to him inside the same building, my signal is full bars, his is only 1 bar! Telkom Mobile should surely do something about this?! What's the use Telkom has gone mobile, but can't compete with basic signal strength as far as the other mobile companies are concerned?
