About 2 weeks ago I started having problems with my Telkom Mobile connection. I was having a bad signal or no signal at all. During last week I send a PM to TelkomMobile advising of my problem. I was contacted by Telkom Mobile and advised that a technician will contact me and arrange an inspection at my home. Thursday I was advised that the technician will be at my home this morning (Monday) at 8H00.
At 7H55 the technician (Senso - hope the spelling is correct) arrived and did some tests and 20 minutes later my internet was working again with some great speeds. Senso was very professional and friendly and clearly knew what he was doing.
Now this is great service and I really appreciate this. Other service providers you have to beg for assistance and sometimes they can't even help.
