How many times do I need to call???

We opened a contract at Nashua Mobile for a Cell C deal during January. There is extremely bad signal were most of my incoming calls doesn't come through, and there is barely Internet connection on my phone although it shows it has full signal and 3G. I have sent in my phone for repairs, I have launched complains at both Cell C and Nashua Mobile and I am not getting anywhere. I am not getting the service I am paying for, which implicated a breach of contract. According to my bill, during the month of February, I received 2000 incoming calls and made only 200. Which is IMPOSSIBLE.

After a big effort, I eventually got hold of my contract - but it is in such a poor quality, its unreadable. I have sent e-mails and phoned, but all I am getting is "The problem has been logged", "Cell C is doing upgrades".
