I regret porting my number to Telkom Mobile

It all started when I went to the Telkom Mobile Branch in Cresta Mall to port my number from Cell C to Telkom Mobile.
1. The guy who helped me told me they only port during the week and that I will know when my number has been ported over to Telkom Mobile because I won't have signal. I left my "new" sim card at home for the weekend because I knew they were not going to port my number during the weekend as they claimed. To my surprise the number was ported during the weekend and I was left without a working sim for couple of hrs.

2. I called the Call Centre for assistance with connecting my number to the internet which by the way I was cut off the 1st time. Before they could assist me I queried the balance I had in my phone and was told that from Telkom Mobile to another Telkom Mobile I'm being charged R1.90c (You can check my recorded conversation for prove) and for me this is absolutely stupid especially if I'm calling during Offpick period and calling another Telkom Mobile number.

It has only been couple of hrs with Telkom Mobile and I regret every sec of it.
