I have had 8ta mobile for my laptop for over 2 years, at first it showed 1.5 bar signal reception on the 5 bar signal strength gauge, in the last 8 months it has dropped to .5 of 1 bar, sometimes I cannot even get that. I have had the
modem tested it is 100% good, I have rebooted the softwear many times. I have tried the signal in other areas and I recieve a 5 bar reception. So it has to be the signal strength in my area, it is pathetic. I purchased a router
even that cannot find a signal it refuses to work.
I have continually reported this to Telkom via telephone, I have visited several of their branches who admit it has nothing to do with them, they even refuse to report my problem. Please help.
