BAD SERVICE. Went to a MTN store in January after my account was very high to find out what was going on and change my email address as I am now on pension. They told me that I must call 808 to sort out everything.
Firt I have tried to change my email and it was only done on the 1st of October, The next prob lem I did not receive any statements as my email addres was wrong. Thirdly I have tried to migrate one of my accounts to Vodacom for a year then it was finally migrated in the first week of May. I was still billed for that phone on a monthly basis until October when I did the querry> I send a request to them to lokk at it and reversed my charges and after 50 days nothing has been done. I was on the phone today for 60 minutes just to tell me to phone back in 14 days.
Now my phone is suspended and no querry sorted yet
