I have been a client of Virgin Mobile since they launched. I tried to make a call on Friday, and I got told I can't, my credit is gone. As I did a balance check, I notice I have 0.05 remaining. I had a talk limit of R2000 since the start, and International roaming since forever. My previous statement still reflects this. Now this is gone. I want it restored ASAP, but the call centre people have no idea what I am saying, or how to fix it, refuse to put me through to a supervisor. I left messages, I asked for callback, I was promised resolution and a call back yesterday. This has not happened.
I just want my Service back the way it was. You can't change a contract without notifying me.
