Due to me relocating and battling to change my address I did not receive my Vodacom accounts. I have seen that monthly my account is very high via the debit order from my bank. I have contacted Vodacom numerous times and they informed me that it is for content services. I demanded that they block this as I did not subscribed to any services but to my dismay the end of March 2013 my account was again nearly a thousand rand. This is a very cheap phone used only for emergencies and cannot even go on the internet or receive pictures etc. I only today again myself went to Vodacom and they said I must send a sms to 30333 with the message "stop all wc". I also again send the message I received from Vodacom to smartcall with no help, I DEMAND a full refund that was taken monthly from my account. My next step will be to lodge a complain on WASPA if I do not get my refund and that my number is blocked from this services. 04/03/2013 - Our records reflect that you were contacted and the following information was provided:
