ACCOUNT QUERRY

I settled my credit card account on the 15th of October according to the amount reflecting on the settlement letter provided on the 21st of October I sent through an e-mail requesting that my credit account be cancelled for I do not need it anymore. to my surprise on the 25th of October I was billed interest and Top up cover. when I phoned FNB credit card customer services I could not be helped to my shock the agent told me that he was not aware of the suspense account number that I paid into that was provided on the letter. he said he could not help me and referred me to somebody else. Firstly It was a mission to get the settlement letter I was transferred to knows how many extensions and only to be told that I must send an e-mail to [Email Removed] after four days I had to phone again because there was no response only then I was helped. today it is the 30th of October the letter I sent through requesting for Account to be closed I have not had any response and my matter on the amount billed on my account has not been resolved.
