DISAPPOINTED IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE

3 WEEKS AGO I REPORTED MY PHONE, I SPOKE TO MALCOLM AND HE SAID I NEED TO BRING THE BOX OF MY PHONE IN SO THAT THEY CAN GET A SERIAL NR. I TOOK THE BOX IN AND THEN HE SAID THEY WILL SEND ME A REFERENCE NR AND THEN I MUST GO TO THE POLICE STATION WITH THIS NR AND REPORT MY PHONE AS, WHEN I GET THE CASE NR I MUST SEND IT TO HIM. I DID EMAIL HIM THE CASE NR ON THE 19 OCTOBER. I WENT TO AUTOPAGE KEYWEST ON THE 26 OCTOBER TO FIND OUT IF MY PHONE IS READY AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THE INSURANCE IS STILL WAITING FOR THE CASE NR. I CALLED MALCOLM ON 28 OCTOBER TO FIND OUT WHATS GOING ON. HE SAID HE DIDNT RECEIVE MY CASE NR SO I E MAILED IT AGAIN TO MALCOLM AND SIYA AT AUTOPAGE CLEARWATER. FINALLY THEY RECEIVED MY E MAIL. THEN I CALLED THE INSURANCE 0N 28 OCTOBER AND ORDERED THE PHONE I WANT, THEY SEND ME A MESSAGE TO COLLECT MY PHONE ON 29 OCTOBER, WHEN I GOT THERE IT WAS THE WRONG PHONE. I HAD TO CALL THE INSURANCE AGAIN ON 30 OCTOBER TO FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON, AND THE LADY SAID THEY WILL SEND THE PHONE I ORDERED. I HAD TO CALL AGAIN ON 4 NOVEMBER BECAUSE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PHONE YET! I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER AT AUTOPAGE FOR 15 YEARS AND I DONT DESERVE THIS KIND OF SERVICE
