R1240 for incomplete Statements!

R1240 for banking statements for 2012/2013 Financial year as R20 per page (half the page is statement info). These start from Jan 16, 2012 - Feb 14, 2013. I don't need JAN or FEB 2012 but I NEED whole FEB 2013!!! I need 2012/2013 Finacial YEAR info! Why because I changed the method of receiving statements in 2012 from post to email as it was free. I went into the bank numerous times to change my email address and have not received a single statement via email this included from adding my old work address to my private email address. I had to go into the bank 3 times this year alone to change and confirm my email address and only after I sat there on the 3rd time and ask them to send soft copies of my R1240 bank statements to my email address did I receive it BUT from a consultants email and not via the Standard bank automated email system so I still doubt I will receive my monthly banking statements! So why must I pay R1240 for banking statements where there is an obvious error on the system or it is a user error in the branch that caused me not to receive my month statements? I would appreciate the statement fees reversed as this is a system or user error on the branches/banks part
