Hi, Every time I receive an SMS stating I need to pay my Edgars account to maintain a positive payment record. And every time Edgars calls me and tells me I need to pay, For the SMS and call, thanks, BUT, I ve been asking them to EMAIL my statements to my email address for the past 2 years and noting, every time a call. This is unacceptable, I have asked 24 times to mail me, but no Email, just a sms and phone call, I am on the road and cant receive post, Please sort this out, I am waiting for my phone call, I will record the call and see if you change my statement notification from post to email, yes Edgars sort this out PLEASE, we are in the 21st century, how difficult is it to send my statement to my email
