Problems with my samsung galaxy s4

I recently took out a cellphone contract with mtn, i used the phone for 2 months and than it started rebooting itself, i took it in for repairs and was advised that all s4 (i9500) had system problems and had been discontinued. They than offered me another s4 (i9505) which was 16gig less than my original 32gig which goes for a less amount but i was told my premium will still be the same even if its for a different phone. no apology was offered to be, and the staff there dont know anything about what going on or how to assist a customer. iv been without a phone for a full week now. i did go in to accept the other phone they bare offering because i was simply left with no other choice. but when i got there they were out of stock and i was told to wait...(still waiting). i wanted to take out another cellphone contract s4 mini with them but after such poor service, i am definitely going to get one at vodacom.
