Nasua Mobile bad service and corrupt

Have have a 32gig samsung tab on contract at Nasua Mobile. My tab screen gave problems and they told me they will replace it and it take 3 weeks. I have waited 2 and 1/2 months after so many phone calls. They havent gave memy data credit that I lost, and after a week with the new tab I rrealised that they have send me a 16gig and not a 32gig.
Now they will replace it but they want me to send my tab to them then they will send the new 32gig once they received the 16gig. So they want me to wait between 2 and 3 weeks if they are correct on time, so I have to wait longer with no tab or the facilities. They say they cant send the new tab to the branch first and need the old one first. I ask them to refund my data and I will be happy to keep the 16gig but they have to reduce my monthly premium to the 16gig that they have send me, but they said I signed for a 32 gig and they cant changed it.
Can you please help me.
I dont want and will not sit for one day without a tab again.
