I upgraded and received a Samsung S4. I had it for 4 and a half months and started to experience battery problems. I took it into Autopage and told them about the problem on the 24th of October 2013. Today is already the 13th of November 2013. after numerous discussions Im still sitting without a phone which I need to pay but don't even have a loan phone. I think this is pathetic and should not just be accepted. I've spoken to customer service as well and I'm still awaiting someone to phone me back. I can't believe that I'm dealing with them for the past 12 years.
