Nashua Mobile Strikes Again

Having recently received poor customer service from Nashua Mobile they have once again shown their worse. On 28/12/12 I renewed my cell phone contract which included a Samsung Galaxy S2. The latter was not in stock at the branch & I eventually collected some two weeks ago. I had another month to go on my existing contract & that it was only yesterday that I looked at the phone that I had been given to discover it was a Galaxy s3 Mini. I thus phoned the branch to enquire why? I was told the Galaxy 2 was discontinued in December. I was not told this at the time, surely the sales person knew? Moreover when the S3 mini was handed to me it was not brought to my attention that it was not the phone per the contract. I regard this as poor service. I was told that the S3 mini is a better phone than the S2 which I challenged. I was then promised that somebody more senior would contact me that day. Needless to say it hasn't happened which seems to be in line with the general disregard Nashua Mobile has for their customers.
