I got a new cellphone contract form MTN over 6 weeks ago, first they GAVE ME THE INCORRECT CONTRACT! I had to wait a month from them to fix this! Then the phone I got was FAULTY, so I returned it within 7 days just hear that NONE OF THE BRANCHES HAD ANY STOCK! I had to fill in a form to say that I brought the phone in within 7 days and once they get new stock they will replace mine. I went once a week (I work full day and do not have time) each time they promised to call me the following day and NEVER DID, NOT ONCE! After 4 weeks they told me the phone is being DISCONTINUED!!! I need to choose a new phone but they are unable to tell me which phone is equivalent to my current phone so they promised to send me a list of all the phones with the prices so I CAN FIGURE IT OUT MYSELF (SO INCOMPETENT!!) BUT IT HAS BEEN A WEEK AND NOTHING!!! WORST OF ALL THEY STILL HAVE THE PHONE ON THE SHELVES OF THEIR STORES TO BE TAKEN OUT ON CONTRACT - HOW CAN THEY LEAVE IT THERE IF THE PHONE IS DISCONTINUED AND THERE IS NO MORE STOCK AS THEY CLAIM??? I have been WITHOUT A PHONE FOR 6 WEEKS NOW!!! I am extremely dissatisfied!! All I want is a new phone like the one I have (Samsung galaxy chat)!!
