Non disclosure of specs on Galaxy Samsung S4 (LTE)

Vodacom approved my claim & I was told to go to Vodacom Shop (Nelson Mandela Square) on 16/09/2013 to collect a new phone. I decided to change from Iphone 5 to Samsung Galaxy S4. I phoned the store & spoke to Yolandi Stander (011-7844283) & made arrangements to collect the Phone. She asked if I wanted a LTE or 3G S4, I enquired what the difference was & were told it was ONLY the speed i.e. LTE faster than 3G BUT the memory of 32gig was standard on both. I chose the LTE option. On 18/09/2013 I updated my data & noticed that the memory was 16gig? I phoned Yolandi who then said the LTE was only 16gig. I was furious & requested that the phone be replaced with a 32gig (i.e. 3G) but was told this was impossible as I already signed the document. I was then referred to Kim February (Manager) who advised the same & my argument is simple I was sold a product with the incorrect specs (due to non disclosure) & according to the CPA this is fraudelent & Vodacom should correct the error. I was then referred to a 2nd "Manager", Chantal Johnson 021-9756143 on 19/09/2013 who was going to enquire about a exchange or free 32gig memory due to mistake & to date I wait, no courtesy of a response!
