Disgusting service from VODACOM!!!

I went to Vodacom last week tuesday to upgrade my phone to an Samsung S4, the phone i was given kept turning itself off so i returned it on the thursday, i was sent from store to store in fourways mall for 2 and a half hours given every excuse under the sun, i then was told that i didnt have the charger so if i bring it i can get an OBF and get a new phone, i returned to the store that same day and was yet again given excuses, shocking service and just overall lack of interest. to my surprise i found out that they were having problems with that phone but yet still supplying them to customers and that is just unacceptable.i was told i could come in on friday and get a phone but knowing vodacom i then returned on tuesday to be told they still havent got a phone for me&dont have stock.i was promised a call yest and am still waiting.the service is shocking, lack of interest in a customer that spends alot of money with vodacom is even more revolting and due to a problem on their side i am the one who is sitting without the phone.i work for myself so the full working day of time has left me out of pocket, highly annoyed and infact think that vodacom fourways has no client service or value.
