For the 2nd time in two months - the telkom lines have been "". There is absolutely no communication in respect of letting the customer know the progress. One of our lines is back up and running but our other two are still down. It is absolutely ridiculous... It is the end of the year, our busiest time and we need our lines. After all, it is a service we PAY for. Could someone PLEASE get back to me with a progress report of some sort. Fault: 248CRK201113. 1626 is working 1624 & 1625 are still down.
