Ooked in my brand new phone that i recieved from vodacom last monday.the battery on the phone has died so took it in and get told i will have to book it in and it will take 21 working days well here is my problem it is a brand new phone and according to the consumer protection act any problem within 14 days must be sorted out straight away furher more i have no phone and will now loose customers that cannot get hold of me as i was not even offered a loner phone this will not do i will invoice vodacom for loss of income as the phone is faulty and not my fault and also the lack of care it is like they just dont care i need a phone right away as all they needed to do was change the battery the job number is 8844902 and you will have to contact me by email as i am sitting without a phone due to vodacom lack of interest of customer care you should change it to vodacom dont give a care
