I upgraded with Mtn on the 02/03/2013 and bought a Samsung GT-19100 GAL sII noble, 3 months down the line the phone started to give me problems, it was heating up, battery doesnt last, and it also freezes a lot. I took it in for repairs on the 30/07/2013 and i collected it on the 10/08/2013. it worked only for a month and the agin the same problem occured, took it back again now the screen went blank while charging and to my surprise they told me that the phone was water damaged, my question is why was it not picked up the first time when i took it in? I need answers from MTN, they must just fix my phone or replace it with the new one.
