Not wanting to fix my phone that they damaged

I took my phone in for repairs. Vodacom came back to me and told me that my phone had water damage and did not want to touch it. I collected the phone and all seemed to be ok. That evening I plugged in the phone in hopes that it wil work when i noticed the sides of the phone cover had been cracked in 3 places and it looked like someone had taken a screwdriver to the bottom of it to take the cover off. I phoned the repairs department on the 12/03/2013 9:09am and explained what happened. The lady I spoke to said that she agreed that this was unacceptable that my phone was damaged regardless of the fact that it had "water damage". I was unable to get back to the store until 26/03/2013, they refused to admit that they damaged the phone and refused to replace the damaged parts on the phone. Regardless if the phone is no longer out of warranty they had no right to damage my phone and i think its absolutely disgusting that they wouldn't even have the decency to replace the outside cover of my phone.
