I UPGRADED A CONTRACT AND TOOK OUT A 9790, THE PHONE WAS HEATING UP EXTENSIVELY.
took the phone in within the 7 day period, was told phone will be sent in to Vodacom repairs Sandton.
a few days later was called to say that due to a scratch on the phone, an OOB cannot be done and thus phone can get not replaced. but they will replace the battery, the phone is still heating up and now switches off from time to time. although the phone had a small scratch, that was not the problem PHONE HEATING UP was the problem, the phone should have been replaced
