I got my Samsung Galaxy S4 on the 6th of June 2013. My phone started giving problems from day one. I took the phone into the Vodacom. I was advised that a software upgrade needs to be done and I could collect the phone in a day. I phoned 3 days later to follow up on the progress of my phone, I was told that the mother-board is being replaced that means that all that will be kept from the original device is the casing. Why not just replace the full device seeing that there is not even once scratch on the device (only on the screen protector) I haven't even taken of the plastic on the sides. the main reason I took my phone to the repair centre was the fact that the phone reboots when using the camera. I collected my phone last week after the phone was with Vodacom/Samsung, the first time I used the camera button after I collected the phone the phone rebooted which is ridiculous seeing that this was the main problem that was supposed to be resolved. Saturday the phone rebooted twice and yesterday four times. My battery gets drained very quickly, where I know other Samsung users batteries lasts for up to one and a half days, My device heats up and occasionally freezes. USELESS
