False impression and wrong information

Not a very happy customer. I have never in my life experienced this bad service. I went to upgrade on 8/10/2013 at Vodacom Menlyn. I wanted 250mb extra on my contract, Derick the guy that helped me, made me uderstand I can get it with my contract for R59 a month with the 100mb that I get with the top up R135.He told me (Derick) I will receive it at the end of the month and in total it will be 350mb a month that I will receive. The 250mb was never loaded as I asked. Monday 4/11/2013 I went to the store to hear why I did not receive the 250mb. This guy (I don't have his name) told me it was not loaded to my account, so he loaded it, told me I will receive a sms shortly that will inform it was loaded, never received the sms. I phoned today to inform them I have not received the sms. Now the "manager" Edrich has a different story, I can get the 250mb but then the 100mb fall away that the first guy (Derick) and the second guy did not tell me. So it is their fault (manly Derick who helped me with the upgrade) I'm under the wrong impression of this contract I have. I think this is very bad service. I just want to warm the public about Vodacoms bad service and incorrect information they give!!
