Data bundle not loaded as per contract

I upgraded my contract in April 2013 and signed up for the Galaxy Ace Plus including R100 airtime and 100mb data p/m. The new contract became effective in May 2013, the airtime was loaded but not the 100mb of data. I called the helpline twice and only after speaking to the 2nd person who had some intelligence, the data was loaded. I was also assured that it would be recurring.
Now in June 2013, i have the same problem i.e. the airtime was loaded but not the data. I made 7 calls to the helpline from the 18th to the 20th and each and every incompetent agent had no clue on what to do. I was told that the activation department needed to load the data and I was given excuses. I received 2 sms's on my phone, 1 stating that a query was logged and the other stating that the query was resolved. NOTHING WAS RESOLVED!
I was instructed to query this with the BLUFF branch where the upgrade was done which is utter NONSENSE. I contacted the branch and Javed told me that the data was loaded but head office needs to activate it. He assured me that it would be sorted out in 24 hrs but still nothing.
Autopage is now in breach of contract and my bank will stop all Autopage debits until this is fixed!
