I have been in contact with MTN Since beginning of January to resolve my query on the fact that no data are loaded to my cellphone. Cellphone number 0835662924, No data has been loaded onto my account since inception of contract in February 2012
Subsequently I phoned in on the date that airtime was loaded and confirmed that no data (300MB) was loaded to my cellphone
Ever since I had been in contact but am not receiving any response. I would like this query to be closed. Send me factual evidence of data that was loaded and data usage for this specific 300 MB only.
You cant say something was actively loaded but i dont receive the data on my phone. And when dialining 141 i only can see airtime loaded and sms and no data.
