I have applied for my new contract with Vodacom last week online Thursday and my application was processed. Even my Port (from Autopage to Vodacom) was arranged. The lady who helped me was Pat. This morning I phone again to find out if the phone will be delivered as promised by Pat, but I was told that on the application/reference number there was no order or contract in place. Not even a phone, nothing.

I have spent the whole week with Vodacom online again and again and again and now this morning. And still no contract.

I am sorry - but it seems Vodacom doesn't want my money! There was an online special on until last week Thursday on a RED Premium 32meg iPhone 5S with extra data (1600meg) but know it might be that I have missed the deal.

I have been with Autopage for more than 14 years and as much as I would like to make the change to Vodacom the more I struggle to do
Can you please direct me to people who can help me for a change? And who deliverers when you are told everything is in order! Really sad that you cant trust peoples word.
