I applied for a online device on the website yesterday after I then decided to rather go into a store as delivery as advertised did not occure within the time period advertised on the promotion. I sent a email to the vodacom customer care mail address - received a reference and I went to a store spending more than 40 minutes there - after wich I decided to take up a Vodacom deal with Alect Autopage. I requested that no further deal be processed and I now receiving emails that the order will be delivered after no confirmation or discussion with myself further. Please ensure that the application ref 14796915 and confirmation number Y1216804 is cancelled and not sent out or issued to me. I already have 2 existing lines with Vodacom and now a new line taken out also with Vodacom.
