The "Oh sorry, let me transfer you game"

I have been in contact with Vodacom all day, after being cut off, transferred and told I cannot be assisted multiple times. I have still no idea as to my current situation's outcome. I made an online application this morning. (Approved) Great! ok, go through the whole thing only to find out, The phone isnt in stock, ok... not a problem, when you getting stock? oh we don't know. so a week? month year? they don't know when they getting the ing devices they are selling!!!

Ok, not a Prob. went to my closest dealer, they great! (Chatz Vodacom Jacaranda). they really called and called and called, only to be told it will take days for this cancellation to show, and besides that point of the matter, the phone is right there! they have stock! i could have it today! now where does this leave me. tha who applied online and wasn't contacted, but had to make contact with a hundred people to find out, A: I have no idea (neither does Vodacom) of when or if I will ever see my phone, B: whether or not my cancellation has been processed.

So who the k do i ask? who on 's green earth do i beg to cancel this contract so i can go fetch my new phone at the dealer this week???
