Vodacom can not do their work!

I tried to upgrade my phone over Vodacom's Online service. It told me to contact Vodacom Customer Care. I went to Vodaworld Vodacom Customer Care and speak to Senzo. He helped us to upgrade our phones over Vodacom online services. I was sceptic and asked him if he is sure if it is an upgrade contract. He affirm that it is indeed an upgrade. That was on Tuesday 16 July 2013. We recieved our phones being delivered on 17 July 2013. After trying to find out why my previous number is not ported to my new phone and the upgrade is not activated, is was told I must phone Vodacom's upgrade department. This was the first thiong I did on Thursday 18 July 2013. I spoke to more than 17 people, No body could helped me. Indeed, the friendly people that tried to help me messed up the problem further by doing a sim-swap. After 5 hours on the phone, I have releazied that Senzo at Vodacom Customer Care at Vodaworld did not do an upgrade, he took out a new contract for us on the Vodacom Online Services. After the morning calls was promised that the 2 contracts will be cancled and the phones will be picked up because it was not activated, we recieve a sms 17:05 for activation? WHY?!!!
