Contract Cancelled but billing continues

My contracts expired, I cancelled both in July 2013, but one is still being deducted from my account.

On the 29th Siphokazi (online Chat) advised a consultant will call me back with in 48 hours, I did not receive a call!

On the 11th November I queried this with Aslam (online chat and he called me at work) and he reassured me someone will call me in the next 48 hours!

No-one has and its almost a month later

I have the transcripts of both online chats, Both was for the same query. but nothing
