Bad Service beyond comparison - AGAIN!!!

My third report about one single contract - at my wits end!! The Iphone's microphone is not working (has never worked), been with the repair department for nearly 21 days, so many hassles to have it fixed. Only now it must be send back to us to de-activate Find my Iphone, you should have told us to do that when we first gave it in for repairs. Being sent back to us and we have to be happy that you will credit us with the time we haven't had the Iphone. Just give a new Iphone please - this is ridiculous..., you gave a faulty phone from the start! Now we have to cope with the hierarchy of someone somewhere giving instructions, then it is related to us, then the franchise/shop at Somerset Mall phones head office, then head office phones them, and then they phone us, and so it continues... What a lot of hogwash!! I am definitely not happy with the service I am getting from this company and would do my utmost to not recommend people to make use of this provider. Please sort out this problem. Please cancel both my new contracts that I have with you, I would rather pay more at another provider, but sleep better knowing that I am not working with utter unprofessional service!!
