I applied online with mtn direct with ref #7361955 on the 23 rd of november, the system says i would have a consultant call me in 48 hours.
on friday the 29th i phoned in and the consultant said she could not and would not help me, i must wait for a webmail consultant to call me. I asked when this would be?
she said when they call me back they will call me (which made no sense), i asked for the number which she could not give me.she then asked a supervisor and they said the consultant is on the phone but will call me.
it is now the 1st of december with no feedback what so ever
i am a mtn contract subscriber for the last 3 or 4 years
is this the service i must expect!!!
