I bought two I-Phone 4s 16 Gig handsets on the 5th November 2013 via the MTN shop online and money was deducted from my account, two days later I called the "online shop queries" to inquire as to when i should expect delivery of my handsets, and a consultant by the name of Lungi told me there was a technical glitch on the website during the purchasing of the handsets and he logged a query Ref : 2886156 and promised that i will receive feedback within 48 hours (which never happened).
On Tuesday the 12th November 2013 I called to follow-up on my query and a consultant by the name of Baitsi informed me that the query has been escalated to management and i should receive a call before end of day or latest the following day (which never happened), and today being the 14th November 2013 i made another call to follow-up only to be told by a consultant named Esther that i will not be receiving the handsets as there was a technical glitch and the handsets are not available anymore and i will be receiving a refund and I informed her that I am not looking for a refund but rather to get my handsets as i have already paid for those handsets and given away my current handset.
