I cancelled one of my MTN contacts during May 2013 which involved the cancellation department and porting department. This was all done via the 808 call centre.
I check my account every month and MTN is still billing me for the cancelled contract number 083 297 119*
Last called 808 on 15 July 2013 and I was reassured the contract was cancelled (Ref 1021 01 790). This amounted to a 30 minute exercise in totality as you have to wait and listen to a whole bunch of repeated music
Got my account today and it is not cancelled and I am still being charged for the cancelled account.
Come on MTN, you are getting money for rendering no service - this is not fair and I need a immediate refund.
