I bought a new Samsung S4 cellphone from MTN (kolonade Shopping centre), after a few days the phone started to freeze and gave a lot of problems. I went back to the dealership and they couldn't help me, I asked the consultant to replace my phone because it is still under warranty but said it is not how it works. The consultant told me that I can go to Menlyn shopping centre and have my phone be fixed at the MTN service centre. I went to Menlyn, one of the branch managers (Jeani) helped me. I told him my story that the dealership I bought the phone said that I should bring my phone to Menlyn to be prepared, which he was also shocked to hear how Kolonnade MTN advised me to do. I handed in my phone to be prepared (Warranty assessment), I waited six weeks for my phone after I phoned each day to hear what is the progress, eventually after phoning and making calls, the Branch manager told me the courier services loss my phone and they would give me a brand new one. I waited and phoned constantly to find out when and where I should go to get my "new phone", the manager delivered the phone but it was not sealed when I received it. The new phone has the same problems!!!
