Terrible service - Vodacom

I am not happy with the service I have recently received from Vodacom; to tell the truth I can not even call it service because it hasn't been. I have booked my phone in for repairs more than three weeks ago and have not received any update as to the progress of my service or what the problem is on my phone. The number of the Vodacom repairs centre at Menlyn does not work and I am unable to get a hold of them. About ten days ago I phoned the repair services (call free) to request an update, when they told me my phone will be ready for collection Tuesday or Wednesday, that have already passed now. I went to Menlyn on Saturday to find out what the problem is when they stated that I need to phone the repair services as they are unable to give me a report as to the progress of my phone. I phoned the repair services just now and they told me I needed to phone Menlyn, as I have rejected a quote for the repair of the phone - I NEVER even received a quote let alone being told that I will have to pay for a repair of a phone that is still on warranty.

I am very upset with the terrible service, I am paying for a phone that I am unable to use, because I don't have it!!!
