I got my new iPhone 5 on the 5th January 2013, since yesterday 30th January 2013 so the phone is not even 3 Weeks old.
i can not hear anything when receiving/making voice calls. took the phone to the MTN service centre in Menlyn they tested the phone and confirmed the speaker is faulty but i will need to hand in the phone for repairs this can take 2 weeks.
My issues:
- Where do i get another phone to use for 2 weeks since the iPhone5 takes a nano sim
- Why cant they just replace the phone with a working one since it is still in the warranty/guarantee
- To the Menlyn iStore this is your sub standard product giving me issues, you did not even want to listen to my problem once you heard that i did not buy the phone from your store but upgraded with MTN.
