Hi All,

I went to upgrade my contract on 1st Dec 2013 at Vodacom Kolonnade. I got the Samsung S4 and added a 1Gig data bundle.

The phone worked perfectly until Tuesday the 3 Dec 2013. Suddenly the screen started flickering and went green.

I took the phone to Vodacom Menlyn for my "7 day no question asked swap out". They informed me that the phone must be booked in for software update and will get the phone back the same afternoon.

On Friday the 6 Dec 2013 nobody called me or sent a sms to inform me. Keep in mind i had no loan phone for the 3 days. I called Vodacom Menlyn and they informed me that the phone is OBF"Out of Box faulty" and i can come and collect my new phone.

I arrived at Vodacom Menlyn and suddenly i must take the phone the my branch where i bought the phone for the exchane of a new phone. I left everything and went back to Vodacom Kollande on Sunday the 8 December 2013. Elani"Branch manager refused to assist me with a new phone without a R number from Vodacom Menlyn. Shecalled Vodacom Menlyn and Culmin"Breach manger refused to assist us with a OBF number.

Elani promised me that this will be sorted out on Monday the 9 Dec 2013.

I'm still waiting Today! WOW!!!
