I handed in my phone on 4/1/2014 at mtn menlyn for waterdamage just to get a BER (beyond economical repair)) report for the insurance company. A week after, I called about every second day to find out when I can receive the phone back as I was told they are not going to repair the phone as it is liquid damage. Their answer is they will let me know via SMS. When I leave messages they dont phone me back. I even sent one email. Two weeks after when no one could give me answers I phoned the collection call centre where I was told the phone was sent back to mtn menlyn on 8/1/2014. I phoned mtn menlyn again where I told them what the collection centre told me, again they took my details and said they'll phone me back. I am still waiting. When I try phoning now the phone either just rings or dies directly. I Told them that I need to take the phone to my insurance company as my claim will begin to look like a fraugulant claim.
