I purchased 3 x new IPhone contracts on 9/11/2013. 3 x subscriber numbers need to be ported from a previous service provider to Altech Autopage Cellular (I already have an existing contract with Autopage, i.e. 4 contracts in the same place).

The numbers were supposed to be ported by 13/11/2013.By 16/11/2013 - no joy. Call Centre was useless (and the music is annoying).

I was informed only 1 number can be activated (no time or date given) 2 x numbers can't be activated due to missing documentation. Now it is my problem to sort out.

Original store agent can't be reached by telephone (just rings - no answer). I will have to drive out to Vodaworld and hope to speak to someone who can possibly help sort out the mess. Much better to just cancel the new contracts and take my business elsewhere. In 6 months time I will take my existing contract elsewhere when it is due for renewal. Some reward for being a loyal customer since 1998!
