I lost my number because of Autopage

I ported my number at the end of October 2013 from contract to prepaid and to this day do not have my cell number. When i call customer service, all i get is bad attitude and the same thing over and over with a million reference numbers that dont mean anything. A man Marco Adonis was in the process of helping me but he has gone from calling me everyday to not even responding to my emails. I called him 3 weeks ago to be told that he will call me back and I have not heard any response from him since. i have paid R120 for a new sim card with Autopage in attempt to get my number back, which i still do not have. I want a refund! A total waste of my time!

The guys from Autopage only care about you having a contract with them, the moment you stop contracts with them, they cant be bothered about what happens after. A warning to people who want to take out a contract with Autopage - Take out a contract with your service provider rather than these middle men who just want to make money out of you.
