BAD SERVICE/CALL CENTRE/ATTITUDE

Altech Autopage had a special a while back advertising the Blackberry phone on contract for only R99pm at Cell C, so naturally I thought bargain and got two contracts for both myself and my spouse. After everything is done and we received the phones everything just went to!! From the day we received the contracts my monthly premium has not been the same amount ONCE and this is after we removed the sim cards and only used our Vodacom numbers!!! Now the contracts which promised R99pm turns out to be R388 pm... A request was sent to the call centre to cancel the contract when it expires August but now September another debit order is taken. The call centre confirmed they dont have any request to cancel, no notes made NOTHING and yet I spoke to a lady in JUNE/JULY to cancel the contract in time. They are ABSOLUTELY USELESS and to get hold of a manager or just someone competent enough to speak to regarding this is just IMPOSSIBLE!!! I will NEVER IN MY LIFE again support Autopage or Cell C as they are incompetent and they do not care for their customers one bit!!!
