Vodaworld Autopage - What a Joke

I went to Autopage at Vodaworld on the 26th October 2013 to inform them that I was in the notice period of my current contract which I was letting expire so I could commence a new contract in my name. Jeremiah said this would be no problem and my new contract would come into effect on the 14th November and my number would be ported on that day. On Tuesday the 12th November my Blackberry services were cut so I was unable to use the phone except for smsing and receiving calls. On Thursday 14th November my new Samsung S4mini was not activated and the porting not done. On Friday the 15th November I was promised that I would have a functioning phone. It is now Monday the 18th NOvember and I still do not have a working phone. I can only receive calls on my Blackberry and my S4 mini has not been activated and the number not yet ported. Autopage at Vodaworld never answer the phone - it just rings continuously. Pretty, the store manager is as useless as the rest of the staff. When I phoned on Friday at 2pm to complain she had knocked off work already. I have been trying to phone the branch since 8:30 this morning and someone is yet to answer the phone. I have no phone for a week.
